All you will need ahead of time to do this is either use a macro program (I like and recommend Mouse Recorder Premuim as its free and very easy to use) or prepare to spend the next 98 minutes tapping right.
Step one: Launch the game in the 3rd from the lowest size and the lowest quality. It seems to lower the amount of cars (busses and trucks are the only things that bother you at this size and qualty setting anyway).
Step Two: Record a macro of hitting right about 300x and set it to repeat to maximum and set it replay it at 200% speed.
Step Three: Away from keyboard for 98 minutes.

At this size only the bus and large truck will kill you... (you will run by all the other cars!) The game comes with infinite lives and auto respawn already engaged! By always seeking out the full to the right path, the runner can grab 0-25 fruit in a single go! Each grab is an achievement! With the macro engaged, you don't have to be there for any of it!
