This achievement can be obtained as an Engineer, on any map and gamemode.
Shortly, this achievement is easy.
Firstly, your team need to have at least one more engineer. You can just play with your friend.
Second, let your teammate or friend to place any build, for instance - dispenser.
And finally, just use your wrench to speed up the process of building.
After that, the achievement is yours!
