In order to unlock this achievement you have to finish all the HOB puzzles never touching the hint button in the bottom right corner. Just find all hidden objects to complete the puzzle.
Be aware that there are 17 HOB puzzles in the main game and 5 of them in additional chapter "The Abyss".
One more thing to mention! You can't get this achievement and the one for completing all the domino games in the same play-through, so NEVER touch that "switch to domino" button in the bottom left corner. Otherwise you'll have to complete the game two more times, which is doubtful pleasure...
