This is a fairly simple achievement. As the description states you need to kill 5 enemies with each bolt. There are 5 different bolts and I will have a small description of how to get the kills. You would get this just by playing in theory but like I mentioned there is some bugs that will prevent you from getting this. It is easiest to do these with full Bolt upgrades.
Explosive Bolt - Easiest one in the game. Simply shoot a haunted with this bolt and it will blow them up. Try to stay out of range though or you will take damage. Might take more than one bolt if you do not upgrade the bolt.
Shock Bolt - This bolt doesn't actually kill anyone so what you need to do is execute them with your gun as you shock them. The upgrades come in handy here as it increases the shock time and range of the lightning making it easy to do multiple haunted at once. Some people have tried using matches on the shocked victims but it doesn't appear to count them.
Ice Bolt - This one is fairly simple as well. Shoot them with this bolt and you freeze the haunted it hits. Then simply smash them with your melee. The upgrade on this particular bolt causes the frozen enemy to crumble on it's own and increases the range of the blast.
Flash Bolt - This is the tricky one that likely prevents you from obtaining this achievement. Your first instinct with the Flash Bolt will be to sneak kill, DO NOT do this. It will not count your kills. You must gun the f**kers down. The Upgrades will increase the length of time the enemy is blinded.
Harpoon Bolt - This one is simple. It is a plain Bolt. Shoot it at the enemy and kill them. Upgrades increase damage and final upgrade adds fire which makes it an auto kill on all non mini boss\boss haunted.
