This is a story related achievement. I can't be missed. This is achieved by beating the final boss in Chapter 15. Final boss is pretty easy.
You will start off running up hill while the monster claws the top of your path and sweeps down. This is easily predictible because the monster always claws diagonally.
Once you reach the top you will enter a building. Again pretty simple, just run to the end and move around the monsters hands or whatever crashes into the side. You literally just go left or right to avoid it.
Third section, you get knocked into the air and are on a Jeep with a turret. You will need to shoot the tentacles that are red to stop his attacks. In between attacks shoot at his brain.
Last section has you with a Rocket launcher and you need to shoot the monster with it. After a certain amount of hits he will stop and expose his brain. Shoot a rocket at his brain. Rinse and repeat and that part is done after the 2nd brain shot. You will need to achieve this before the monster reaches you
Final section is literally just shooting the big bad with your gun. The monster will try to eat you, big bad is in his mouth. Simply hit him before he eats you and congrats you win.
