1. Persistance (Greatsword) – Obtained from killing the first boss, First Warden, without taking any damage.
2. Commander Shield (Tower Shield) – Obtained from killing the second boss, the Commander, without blocking with a shield or a weapon. This means you should not press at any stage during the fight.
3. Clawfinger (Greataxe) – Obtained from letting the third boss, the Worshipper; kill at least two of the golem minions he spawns during the fight. He will either kill them with his physical attack or with his area of effect magic attack.
4. Uras (Polesword) – Obtained from killing the forth boss, the Infiltrator, without letting all of the fire goblets being lit above you. This is hard to track in during the fight, so the only advise I can give you is to kill the boss as quick as you can.
5. Sting (fist) – Obtained from the fifth boss, the Champion, by not letting him enrage besides the automatic times in which he enrages. To do this, simply defeat him as quick as you can and don’t use fire based attacks against him, as this will increase his rage meter more quickly.
6. Stain (Hammer) – Obtained from the sixth boss, the Beast, by not stepping onto the green pools of poison in which he sprays from his mouth during the second half of the fight.
7. Firewalker (Shortsword) – Obtained from the seventh boss, the Guardian, by not extinguishing any of the fire goblets positioned around the fighting arena. All that is required is for you to not shield charge them as this will extinguish them.
8. Lightning (Hammer) – Obtained from the eighth boss, the Annihilator, by killing him with a lightning based weapons. Check the stats menu of each of your weapons as the weapon must deal some amount of lightning damage. You only need to deal the killing blow with this weapon; you don’t need to beat the entire boss with it.
9. Defender (Buckler #1) – Obtained from the ninth boss, the Lost Brothers, by killing the lightning brother first.
10. Defender (Buckler #2) – Obtained from the ninth boss, the Lost Brothers, by killing the fire brother first. Note: Just be sure to kill the brothers in the reverse order to what you did in the first playthrough).
11. Bloodstick (Shortsword) – Can be found shortly after the boss fight against the Champion inside a chest.
12. Bloodlust (Shortsword) – Can be found in the Catacombs area of the game. In the circular pit room (bloody wooden planks covering the whole in the middle of the room) there will be a pressure pad on the floor on the right hand side of the room if you entered the Catacombs via the area with the prisoners. Use the Prayer magic attack to keep the pressure pad held down, and then retreat the way you came to find a locked door now open on the left. The sword will be in this room. You must kill a certain number of enemies with this weapon before it will become a Special weapon. You will know when this has happened as its name will turn orange in the Inventory menu.
13. Blocker (buckler) – Can be found in the Catacombs area of the game. In the circular jail cell area you will come across a man you will ask you to kill him. When you open his cell (after you find the lever nearby), kill him and the Blocker can be found within his cell.
14. Stance (buckler) – Can be bought from the Crippled Rhogar for 15 human skulls. Refer to Human skull trophy description for more details regarding the location of Human skulls. The below image shows the location of the Crippled Rhogar immediately after the boss fight against the Infiltrator.
