To get this achievement you first need to clean the workshop to get a minimum of 70%.

setbind MouseScrollUp killnearestmess so that every time you scroll your mouse upwards in will clear messes around you. I tried this and it of course made getting achievements like this one very easy. Run through every room doing this until they are clean and you should be well past the 70% minimum.
Now that is out of the way, you can find the nose at the far right end of the reindeer stable. Pick it up and put it in the blue trunk near the entrance. Clock out and once the office loads up, the achievement should pop.
