You shouldn't have too much trouble with this, this achievement should come naturally. If you want to try for it, find an area with multiple Spawners and kill enemies for skull coins and then let the enemies kill you. The more coins you have the slower the bar grows so it is better to get a coin then die, rinse and repeat.
