How to unlock the Piss Off Barrett achievement

  This quest requires you to do two things:
  (1) at the end of the prologue mission, do not kill Kontarsky
  (2) in the scene on the plane, immediately after the prologue, talk to Barrett (who is in the room next to where you start), and challenge him when he tries to taunt you.
