This requires the random event 'iCure Announced' and 'iCure released' to occur.
Be sure you do not have 'Sweating' as a functioning symptom as well.
Once the iCure is released unlock the symptom "Sweating" to earn this achievement.
Sweating is in the second option in from the top right of the standard symptom tree.
