    Note: May only occur in the "standard" scenarios (Bacteria, Virus, Fungus, Parasite, Prion, Nano-Virus, Bio-Weapon).
    (Will verify ASAP)

    You must have no symptoms and have your starting country 100% infected, maintain no symptoms until this achievement is unlocked.

    I recommend using Bacteria and starting in a small poor country like Zimbabwe or Kazakhstan.
