Evolve "Blood 1", "Blood 2", "Insect 1", "Insect 2" and "Extreme Haematophagy" transmissions and "Drug Resistance 1" to eventually get this achievement in any standard scenario type (Bacteria, Virus, Fungus, Parasite, Prion, Nano-Virus, Bio-Weapon).
Not entirely sure why this method doesn't always work quickly, sometimes it does some times it doesn't. May be a random event that requires these transmission methods active.
