  In-game (since v 3.17) it is
  
  "Have two Voidstones socketed in your Atlas.."
  
  This can only be done by killing 2 out of 4 end game bosses: Eater of Worlds, Searing Exarch, Uber Elder, Maven to obtain the Voidstones, and then socket it to the atlas

  Locate all the yellow map locations "T6 - T10" on your atlas. You can trade for the missing maps using poe.trade or request them in official game trade chat channels.
  
  You can do the maps in a party. Defeat the boss of the map to receive the map completion award. Unique maps do not need to be completed.
