This achievement can only be obtained while the Seer is having his second shower at the hotel.
When the Seer kicks you out a second time for his shower, head back to the Ghost room (if you haven't picked up the ghost sheet yet, do so) and interact with the peep hole 5 times.
You should get the achievement.
