  This is in the sector 5 hidden area (see:

  While continuing through the hidden area, you'll find a green ball in a pit without any other colored blocks around. Past the ball, you'll see the orange reset switch for this ball. Apparently you SHOULD have to press the reset, and then push the ball with your gloves to force it to start rolling down the slope; for me, simply pressing the reset button sent the ball down the slope, and you get this achievement once the ball makes it back to the pit you originally found it in
