This takes place during the 1st Austrian Mission. After using 2 howitzers to hold the line against a wave of Russians, you will have control of a soldier and are told to go to the other fort. You should be able to see it easily on the minimap. Just get on a horse and quickly ride over there. Watch out for the artillery and Russian soldiers. Once you get inside the achievement will pop.
