    On your second travel to China Hugh Darrow will contact you and ask you to meet his associate, a woman called Mengyao. She will give you a side quest in which she wants you to recover a stolen data chip from some terrorists.

    But she will warn you that Darrow wants the enemies left alive.
    Accept the mission and deal with the enemies with ONLY! non lethal takedowns or non lethal weapons to archive this achievement.
