To get this achievement you will need to display heads of eleven animals.
To do that you need to build a head trophy from the decoration tab in your book with one stick, you can place it on the wall of your house, do it eleven times.
After harvesting meat and skin from the animal you can then pick up it's head, you need to carry it in your hands all the way to your base, and hold E on the display to put it up there.
The animals in question are following:
- Rabbit - Which can be found running around the forests and in the snow.
- Lizard - Can be found in forest area.
- Deer - Can be found in forest and snow.
- Seagull - Can be found on beaches.
- Turtle - Can be also found on beaches.
- Shark - You need to chop up heads of dead sharks laying on the eastern beach.
- Squirrel - They are very hard to notice in the forest but they also spawn in the snow, where they are
much more visible.
- Boar - Can be found on the edge of snow and grassy biome.
- Raccoon - They spawn anywhere but are quite rare, however most spawned for me in the north-west
part of the map.
- Crocodile - Found in the central part of the map where theese twig "houses" are located.
- Goose - They swim around the big ponds, but are hard to kill and thier head is almost impossible to
get from under the water. You need to shoot at them with a bow as they are leaving the pond
so they land on the ground.
Theese are 11 animals however you can also kill baby mutant and cut it's head of and it still counts for the achievement. So if you have trouble with some animal you can swap it for the baby mutant (They start to spawn in the world from around day 15, just listen for flapping sounds they make).
Also this achievement must be done on one save.
