  I had to cook each cannibal piece on the fire before eating it to unlock the achievement.
  
  I tried making 24 drying racks and put one cannibal on each rack (a set of legs and arms on each). After I had 24 cannibals dried, I went around to all the racks and ate each set. Unfortunately, the achievement did not unlock.
  
  Next, I started cooking and eating fresh arms and legs from cannibals, and the achievement unlocked after four or so eaten cannibals. I had eaten some cannibals from the fire prior to trying this.

  Kill 6 Enemies.
  Chop Their Arms And Legs With The Axe, Put Them On The Drying Rack And Eat All Sets Of Arms And Legs.
  
  Should Be 24 In Total.
  
  
  Please Note - Eatting 11 Arms And 13 Legs Does Not Net You The Achievement.
  - You Can Also Burn The Meat On A Fire, Making It Worthless Instead Of Counting Towards The Achievement.
  
  In Rare Cases, People Have To Do This In One Session. (It Resets Their Count When They Log Off)

  Major Cannibalism - Kill an entire family.
  
  Presumably, this is done by consuming 24 people parts. I'm at 17/24 and I've just been eating every piece of long pork I can find. I'm sure there's no way I've killed and consumed 17 people as I'm constantly starving because animals are too fast.
