The M16 is the first gun you get in the game (the default gun with infinite ammo), make sure to use only this on a campaign playthrough and you'll get this achievement at the end. You can pick up other guns/ammo but as long as you only use the M16, you'll be set. I recommend playing on an easier difficulty just to make life easier.
