First you gotta earn the ability to buy trucks online. You get this after buying five trucks, which makes you a reliable partner.
After that, from the main/pauze menu, select Truck Dealers. Select one such truck dealer and then click the button Buy Online at the right. Buy one truck and the achievement will unlock.
