Get the shovel in your spawn point. This can be done on day 1 (Monday).
Go north west, until you reach the top of the slope. Kill someone with the shovel. Behead him / her with the right click. Once you have the head smack it with the left button in order to make it roll down the slope and let gravity help you. A few tries and the achievement is yours.
