How to unlock the Kung Fu Fighting achievement

    Enter the survivors game-mode, setup a private session and select Jake (or any other character).
    Then either invite a friend and kill them using melee attacks.

    Alternatively, this can be done solo by using the RE6 ultimate trainer, going into the mercenaries tab, and altering the "slots" menu [select the second spot, add any character, click bot, and enable).
