Disclaimer: This solution may annoy other plays as it involves idling.
The way I idled some of this achievement was to go into a server, then just sit at the team select page, it defaults as Agatha so it will continue to add playtime towards Agatha. You may get kicked from players of course when they get sick of you idling so just join another server and repeat.
