How to unlock the Affordable Healthcare achievement

    There are two ways to do it:
    1. You equip the "44th" mask and do it over time while playing as a mastermind.
    2. You equip the "44th" mask skill the skill Combat Doctor to be able to deploy 2 doctor bags. Start any heist in singleplayer place your 2 bags and then start over again. Repeat this until you get the achievement.
