Start up Watchdogs on Normal (cause it's easier) and make sure to buy the armored escape asset in the loadout screen and then once you're ready to load the coke into the truck wait until the current assault ends before you secure the final bag of coke, then you and your crew run to the street to where the escape vehicle shows up and fight the cops until it does.
upon escaping the achievement should pop.
