How to unlock the Surgical Prep achievement

    After the Tough Break update, uber charges 3x faster during setup time, meaning you only need around 20 seconds to get full uber.

    Note that not all gamemodes have a setup time.

    Payload is probably the best bet for this achievement.

    This can be done with any of the mediguns.
