This achievement can be found in level five "Affair With Death"
Once you walk down the dirt path and enter the pool area, turn right and drain the pool, pick up the key from the bottom, and then go to the storage shed and grab the house key.
Once you open the living room glass doors and enter the home turn left to the dining room, turn left again into the kitchen and go behind the bar. Go down the stairs into the room with the body tied to the chair.
Behind the body will be a pile of boxes on a rug. Move them out of the way and start to pick up the money on the trolley. Once you pick up all of the money, your achievement will pop.
