    To get this achievement load the prologue level and wait till you first enter Mount doom (gate will shut behind you and two orcs will be at the end of the path) you must jump into the lava at this point as Isildur.

    (Will not pop at any other time than mentioned above in the level).

    First, this achievement can only be unlocked in the Prologue level, toward the end, immediately after you enter the volcano (if you keep running toward the end of the path, the level will end). Just jump off the side of the path into the lava...in theory.

    However, because it's buggy you may need to turn V-Sync on (under graphics settings). The change in resolution, aspect ratio, video quality, etc, should not be necessary, just making sure V-Sync is turned on. You might have to quit the game and restart to be certain the change in V-Sync actually takes hold.

    Also, there is a suggestion this may only work in Story mode, not Free Play mode.

    As I just spend a few hours to try and retry the Prologue to earn this achievement (which deserve only a few minutes...)
    I HAVE TO post my solution about this extremely glitched achievement!!
    A lot of players had troubles with this achievement, the solution is to go to graphical options menu in game and put the following settings:
    1024x768 resolution (4:3), with V-Sync ON.
    These others settings seems to be avoidable, but it works fine for me with this setup :
    Low textures quality and play with Keyboard (no pad)...
