Choose Butters as a companion AND enter a battle with 3 or more opponents. Tell Butters to use his special ability which makes the target Pissed Off and only attack him, ware down the enemy health but don't kill them, and keep healing yourself while letting Butters die. When he dies, finish off the enemies and you will get it
