Research you'll need:
Neural Robotics to unlock Adamantian (Level 3 in Economy and Trade). Now you can mine Adamantian.
-- Alternatively you can skip this step by buying the Adamantian from the Marketplace or trade it in a diplomatic exchange. Either way you need to have 5 Adamantian in order to construct the Fold Singularity.
Autonomous Materials (Level 3 in Science and Exploration). Then you'll be able to see Wormhole lanes (they connect constellations).
Tachyon Physics, which unlocks the Fold Singularity.
Now construct a Fold Singularity (cost: 1 turn, 5 Adamantian, & 1200 Dust) and place it at a system at one end of a wormhole. Then move a fleet (any size) from the end of the wormhole which does not have the Fold Singularity to the end which does. As soon as the fleet hits the wormhole, it will keep moving.
