  For This One, You Just Have To Decrease A Lava Planet's Temperature To Zero Celsius, With A Terraformer.
  - Try Sending Nuggetoids, (Robots) So You Dont Have To Worry About Your Villagers Bursting Into Flames.
  - Nuggetoids Can Recharge Each Other With The Right Technology
  
  You Will Need:
  - Fuel And Chemicals To Run The Terraformer. (Probably Use Trade To Ship Them In)
  - A Water Tower And A Solar Panel To Run The Terraformer.
  - Patience. (Or A Second Terraformer)
  
  Achievement Pops As Soon As The Temp Hits Zero.
