  I Placed 4 Terraformers Around The Moon So The Whole Thing Was Green (In Range Of Terraformers)
  Achievement Popped After About 50 In-Game Months.
  - You Can Probably Just Build One And Move It Around, But It Will Take Longer.
  
  Also Got Atmosphere To 100, The Trees Really Helped After I Placed A Terraformer.
  - Trees Grow Grasses Near Their Bases, I Think This Counts As Terraformed Land, Speeding Up The Process Even More.
