It's not the first 10 seconds, but it's just 10 objects in 10 seconds. So, I recommend going to the first HO puzzle, which you can get to pretty quickly, and finding all of the objects BEFORE clicking on any. The first HO will have a pop-up after you find 3 objects in 3 seconds, so click 3 objects in 3 seconds and stop. Click to close the pop-up, and then click 10 more objects in 10 seconds or less.
And, obviously use a mouse for speed. It seems obvious, but it was tougher than I thought it would be. I actually messed it up a few times, and had to create a new profile several times to start over.
