When you fight Shiva and her ninjas in Wonder Tower, do not take any damage from anyone during the fight.
During the first phase, tap Y four times at the beginning to counter the ninjas then quickfire batclaw Shiva (LT + Y) and mash X. As for other ninjas, just run around and dodge (A +A) trying to isolate Shiva.
Do this couple of times until she summons 3 more goons, the bigger ones.
During the second phase, you can use a glue granade (RT + RT) on one of the goons to make it easier. As for Shiva herself, counter her whenever you see her running at you. Be ready to hold Y + LStick Away.
When the fight is over, mash A button as she swungs her sword at you. As she begins her speech, achivement should unlock if you took no damage during the fight. If it doesn't, restart the fight right away.
This achivement is missable. If you procced with the game after the fight, you won't be able to get it unless you start a new game or do a new game plus.
