  So the easiest way until this gets patched is to obviously run around and get the first 2 objectives, doesn't actually matter if you trigger an alarm... Then once you have the first two you can just be stealthy and get the last one undetected... This will pop the achievement

  There’s a very efficient way of completing this achievement, have you and your coop parter drop at B and C, once you’ve landed collect the device from each of the areas, once you both have the device, open your backpack and equip the Semtex grenades and have you and your partner kill yourselves with them, this will cause a mission failure and allow you to restart the mission from a checkpoint by hitting “retry”.
  Once you have respawned all of the enemies at B and C will have despawned, this means you and your partner can head on over and sneak into objective and collect the final device and that should unlock the achievement.
