  This achievement is missable and can be done in Part 2 (under LeChuck's ship), in Part 3 (At the beginning and under LeChuck's ship) or in Part 4 (under LeChuck's ship & Terror Island cave). To unlock this, Guybrush has to die for real, you need to let the timer run out when you are underwater.

  The earliest, it can be done almost at the beginning of Part II. Just go underwater and wait, and wait, and wait. The oxygen timer has to run out multiple times. You'll see a funny conundrum when all of that is done.
