How to unlock the Too Busy to Eat achievement

  Simply do not build any building, that improves your foodprofuction. That includes the rainbowcoloured ones and planetary improvements.
  You can build buildings, that improve population limits.
  You can conquer systems with foodproduction buildings build in it. It does not prevent the achievement.

  You can build rainbow improvements and still get this achievement.
