This one is unlockable once you reach the lab expansion of the ranch. It's 10,000 (10k) nubucks, and it takes some farming to get there. Once in, you will need
- 10 pink plorts
- 6 rock plorts
- 3 rad plorts
in order to make the Novice Drill. Once you click "Fabricate", the achievement will pop.
