To get this, you have to make a chest be boosted.
Once you have a chest, go to the Masters tab and select the first master. Next to the chests will be a green circle with a lightning bolt in it. Click on that and you'll be asked if you want to boost a chest.
It will cost you 5 green gems to do this.
