This achievement is missable. To get this achievement, you must beat the game before getting the Void Heart, which is acquired in the secret area at the bottom of the Abyss with the Kingsoul. Beating the game will not end it; after beating the game, you will simply respawn at the final bench, so don't be afraid to beat the game when you have the opportunity to do so.
