  When you fully upgrade your nail the Nailsmith will go outside. When you speak with him he'll ask you to cut him down for a fitting end.
  
  DONT DO IT
  
  Instead just leave, go to Greenpath. Go to the Nailmaster hiding in Greenpath and you'll find the Nailmaster there. Speak to him and you'll get the Achievement.
