  Set clock for minimum value, fan to 100% and be sure to choose the right benchmark. In this case STRESS TESTS -> Time Spy Stress Test

  Lowering the GPU's power to minimum will also help, even more than underclocking. Dropping the power to minimum (1/3rd in my case) kept me around 50C. Less power equals less heat.
