When you find Boss Swoks by venturing around to the green energy signatures you will be thrown into a chat dialogue with Swoks. He will ask for cash and you just want to play it neutral.
Ask him a few questions and you will be promted with a few choices. Just keep asking Swoks why there isn't a third choice and he will get mad and start the fight.
