You must click on all the donuts and a bagel that're spread throughout the game. You can find one in an officer's hand during the NrG Drink cutscene, a bagel on a shelf in the bathroom, one on top of a pizza box during the Opacitator cutscene, and by going to the left in the air duct after using the Chair. There should be a few clickable donuts on a tray on a table to the left side of the screen, click them before you get the failure message.
