    Once You Unlock The "Doctor" Prepper Hideout -
    (Very Close To, But Just South Of, Mountain Knot City)

    He Has A Hot Springs Right Behind His Hideout.
    - Press The Indicated Tooltip When Prompted, After You Walk Over To it, And Achievement Pops.

    Easiest one to find is right next to the Craftsman. Head just east and look for the steam coming off the ground. Use the indicated button to Bathe and the achievement will unlock.

    Note: You can’t bathe if Timefall is happening at the time.
