Enter your ship and walk into the cockpit but don't Buckle Up. Look at the right side of your flight console and find a red button. When looking at it, you should have the option to Raise Eject Cover. Do that and then Eject. That will unlock the achievement. Do it immediately after you wake up and you can also unlock the Gone in 60 Seconds achievement.
