This achievement naturally unlocks as you play the game.
If you are specifically trying to grind for it, you should get a fast vehicle (usually the shorter, smaller ones) and just drive around the map, stopping at every survey point and surveying everything. survey points are always seen on the map, and you do not need to see them in person to have them marked on your map. their icons look like binoculars.
