This Achievement can be obtained on the sixth level of the game "
Hida Village".
At the starat of the level you will see a group of 3 chickens at this point select
Yuki and use her spike trap near the group of chickens as they will alawys return to roughly the same area after running. As soon as they enter the blue cicle they will die and the achievement will pop.
