This trophy can be first achieved during the "Dark Passage" level in the Dreamweavers world. The dog enemies in this level have two stages -- the "large" form:
And the small form:
To achieve this trophy you have to defeat them while they're in the large form, before they transform. They can be defeated with the regular flame attack.
